Vendor Information
The Monroe County Music Festival as usual will have a Vendor Village with a limited number of slots available to vendors. All vendors must be approved by the "Festival Committee" and we reserve the right to refuse any vendor. If you are interested in becoming a vendor please see the information below.

There are 2 sizes of slots available a 10 ft X 10 ft slot and a 10ft x 20 ft slot

Cost of a 10 ft X 10 ft slot is $100, cost of a 10ft X 20 ft slot is $200

The Festival Hours are Friday 07/18/2025 from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm and Saturday 07/19/2025 from 11:00am to midnight

Vendors rental will include the space only any tents table, displays will be provided by the vendor.

The Festival will not provide electricity to any vendor use of a generator must be approved in advance by Festival Committee

Load and unloading will not be permitted during Festival hours with the exception of evening shutdown may start at 9pm and must not interfere with festival activities.

Vendors will have access to the grounds 2 hours before start time to load and set up their spaces.

Loading and unloading will be from the Vendor loading area at the south entrance to the festival grounds.
